1. DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set forth below:
- "Customer" means a person who places bets with Oka Casino;
- "Terms and Conditions" means these terms and conditions of use which apply to the use by Customers of the Services provided by Oka Casino;
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By accessing or using any part of the Services, Customers accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. USE OF SERVICES
Oka Casino may modify or add to its Services from time to time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Oka Casino website. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their equipment and software meet all necessary technical specifications to access and use the Services.
4. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
Customers must be at least 18 years of age to place bets with Oka Casino.

Oka Casino encourages its Customers to gamble responsibly and within their means. Customers are responsible for setting limits on their betting and should not exceed these limits.
6. DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL TERMS
Oka Casino reserves the right to refuse any deposit or withdrawal request made by a Customer at any time. In addition, Oka Casino may charge fees for certain transactions, as set forth in its fee schedule.
7. BETTING LIMITS
Oka Casino may impose betting limits on Customers from time to time, without notice. These limits are designed to prevent excessive betting and to ensure that our Services are used fairly by all Customers.
8. PAYMENT AND SETTLEMENT TERMS
Oka Casino will not be liable for any delay or failure to make payments to a Customer in the event of a technical problem or other unforeseen circumstance. In such an event, Oka Casino may, at its discretion, delay payment to the Customer until the problem is resolved.
9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Oka Casino will collect and store personal data provided by Customers for the purpose of providing Services to them. Oka Casino will only use this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
10. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS
Oka Casino must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to its business, including those relating to gambling, data protection, and anti-money laundering.
11. NO WARRANTY
Oka Casino does not warrant that the Services will meet the requirements of any Customer or that they will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Oka Casino's liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the amount of any fees paid by the Customer to Oka Casino.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC).
14. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Oka Casino reserves the right to modify or add to its Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice.
15. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Oka Casino may terminate its Services to a Customer at any time, without notice, in accordance with our standard procedures.
By using Oka Casino's Services, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
